We did not want to choose between technological progress and responsibility.

As Swiss students fascinated by AI, we saw how quickly it was becoming part of everyday life. We also saw how little most people knew about what happened after pressing “send”: where their data travelled, which infrastructure processed it and what physical resources made the answer possible.

GreenTrust began with that contradiction. We believe AI will create enormous value, but only if the systems behind it earn people’s trust. Rather than asking users to stop using AI, we decided to work on a better way to deliver it.

We are early in that journey. What we bring is technical curiosity, a strong sense of purpose and the determination to turn a difficult idea into a real company.
