PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains what information the GreenTrust website processes, why it is processed and what choices you have.

01 — WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
For the public website at greentrust.ch, GreenTrust AI is operated by SocIT Development in Switzerland. Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the privacy@greentrust.ch.
This policy covers the public website. Separate GreenTrust products or services may provide additional notices when their data processing differs from the website described here.
02 — INFORMATION WE PROCESS
When a browser requests a webpage, standard internet protocols necessarily transmit technical information to the server or infrastructure delivering the site. This can include an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or user-agent information and related security data.
GreenTrust does not use the public website to build advertising profiles from this technical information.
The site stores your analytics choice and consent-policy version in local storage. The details are described in Cookie Policy.
If you voluntarily send information through a GreenTrust contact or feedback channel, the information you submit is processed so that GreenTrust can receive, review and respond to it. A separate service may present additional information where appropriate.

04 — OPTIONAL ANALYTICS
The GreenTrust website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-XJL31E3FBK; the Arbor page uses a separate Google Analytics 4 measurement ID, G-7C4GEHCVC5. Google Analytics is not requested or loaded before you actively choose Accept analytics or enable it in preferences. Each page loads only its own property after consent. If you decline, the website sends no Google Analytics measurement requests. You can withdraw your choice at any time; the page then stops future measurement and attempts to remove accessible Analytics cookies.
When enabled, Analytics can process information such as pages viewed, session activity, referring information, browser and device characteristics and approximate geographic information. Google states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses for users in Switzerland, the EEA or the United Kingdom; IP information is used for coarse geolocation before being discarded.
Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the GreenTrust website configuration. More detail about the cookies involved is available in the Cookie Policy.
05 — PROVIDERS AND TRANSFERS
Technical data required to deliver the website may be processed by the hosting, network or security infrastructure used to operate greentrust.ch. GreenTrust does not name a provider here unless its role has been confirmed, because this notice should describe the actual deployment rather than guess.
Google Analytics does not receive measurement requests from this website before consent. If analytics is accepted, measurement data is processed by Google. Google operates infrastructure internationally and may process data outside Switzerland under its contractual and legal transfer mechanisms.
Arbor displays illustrative photography and may request image files from third-party providers. These image requests are separate from optional analytics and may involve technical connection data such as an IP address.
GreenTrust does not sell personal data to advertisers.
06 — YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the law that applies to you and the circumstances of the processing, you may have rights to request information or access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and data portability where applicable.
You can also withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future optional measurement and the site attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies; it preserves the refusal preference in local storage. You can additionally clear browser storage yourself.
Privacy requests can be submitted through the privacy@greentrust.ch. People in Switzerland may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
07 — RETENTION, SECURITY AND CHANGES
The consent preference stored in your browser remains until it is replaced or cleared. Google Analytics cookie lifetimes are described in the Cookie Policy; Analytics account-level data retention depends on the settings configured in the GreenTrust Analytics property.
GreenTrust uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the website and may update this policy when the site, providers or applicable requirements change. Material changes may cause the consent banner to ask for a new choice.
THE PRACTICAL VERSION
Technical processing is limited to operating, securing and improving the website.
Google Analytics scripts, cookies and page-view requests are blocked until you explicitly accept analytics.
The public website is not configured to use Google signals or personalised advertising.
